On Phase II and later phases the Provider transitions from General Contractor to advisory and oversight, while Corvea continues to stand behind every panel, certification, and engineered detail.

RTM units are typically delivered without a project-specific structural engineering stamp affixed to the home as built on site. Every home built under the Corvea Framework does. This is the foundation of liability protection — for the Nation, for the families occupying the homes, for the insurer, and for every government program funding the build. It is also the single clearest signal of the standard we hold ourselves to.

Engineered earth-based panels with a Honeycomb Concrete Core™. ASTM-certified for 185% greater compressive strength than wood-stud framing, Class A non-combustible fire performance with a 3-hour ASTM E119 fire-resistance rating, and superior thermal and acoustic performance. Materials that do not rot, rust, or degrade.

Every Corvea-deployed home is delivered with a project-specific structural engineering stamp — something RTM models do not provide. This is not optional. This is the foundation of liability protection for the Nation, the families, the insurer, and the funding program.

Construction is delivered through a network of Licensed Corvea Technology Providers — independent general contractors trained, vetted, and authorized to deploy the Corvea system. The Nation engages an entire ecosystem of expertise standing behind every home.

Capability Transfer to the Nation
The Pilot is not just a build — it is a deliberate, structured handover that opens two distinct revenue pathways for the Nation: first, the construction capability to self-manage future housing programs as General Contractor; and second, an opening for the Nation to become a CorPanel™ wholesale distributor within its region, supplying other communities, contractors, and Nations. By the end of the Pilot, the Nation is positioned not just to build for itself, but to build economically from the system.

On the Pilot Project deployment, the Licensed Corvea Technology Provider serves as General Contractor with full end-to-end responsibility to Lockup Stage. Not advisory. Not training-only.
